Monthly Markers September 2017: Cuélebre/Emian/OMNIA

The new month has started, and so it was time to change our Monthly Marker! We thank our friends of Harmony Glen for giving us a party all through August!

This September started for us, as you have probably already seen, at the wonderful Celtic Night Geluwe (FB), and since is the last edition of this awesome festival we wanted to honour them with something special. So we decided to go with not one, not two, but three tracks of bands from their line-up, so we could share more of this festive feeling with you!

Our choices for the month are Weido Kallukko by Cuélebre, La Giga del Lupo by Emian and Etrezomp-ni Kelted by Omnia! Join us in this Celtic Pagan Party, as we will play all these tracks five to six times a day for the entire month!

Monthly Marker August 2017: Harmony Glen

The calendar is ticking and…no wait…calendars don’t tick…hm, anyway, it is obviously the first day of the month again, which means that we get to announce another awesome Monthly Marker!

Starting today, and all through August, we will play Harmony Glen’s song called “Zaphod Beeblebrox” from their newest, recently released album “Start Living Today” five to six times a day, to help you all get (or stay) in that fantastically happy festival party mood! It is virtually impossible to stay still while listening to this song, so feel free to jump up and start dancing! And if you want, comment under this post with a video of you dancing, spread the joy! 😀

Want to win some honour points? Who here knows, without using Google or other search engines, where the name of the track comes from? Comment a hint without giving away the actual answer 😉

Monthly Marker June 2017: Prima Nocta

After a steaming hot Keltfest you thought we would let you cool down for a moment? Hah, wrong! ? We will be keeping that festival energy at a very high level with our new Monthly Marker, Prima Nocta’s ‘Baudica‘, taken from their brand new album ‘Lost in Time’, which they released at Keltfest!

All through June we will play this amazing power song five to six times a day to keep you all on your feet and dancing! The summer has only just begun!

Oh, what’s that? You like the power of this group? You would like to own some of their music? Well, we don’t want to say too much just yet, but keep an eye out on our Facebook page, something is stirring…

Monthly Marker May 2017: Kelten zonder Grenzen

Monthly Marker 2017m05 Kelten zonder Grenzen

Time flies, and a new month has dawned again, so it’s time to announce our new Monthly Marker! And with the festival season now in full swing we thought we would focus on that a little.

All through the month of May, the month leading up to Keltfest of course, we will be playing Kelten zonder Grenzen‘s ‘Andro ofzo‘ five to six times a day. This song is a lovely Balfolk piece with a twist!

Because the song is named after the Andro, a group dance, but it is in fact a Scottish, which is a couple’s dance! But we are certain both dances will be taught and performed at Keltfest, so we thought we would give you a little practice. 🙂

Monthly Marker April 2017: Harmony Glen

Cover: Harmony Glen-Live in Bremen

It’s already the third day of the month, so you already had three days to discover our new Monthly Marker. Did anyone find it yet? 😉

All through April we will play Harmony Glen’s ‘Midnight on the Water‘, from their new album ‘Live in Bremen’, five to six times a day. As the name of the album suggests this song was recorded during a live performance in Germany, so it definitely captured the amazing energy that the band members show on stage.
