CeltCast is going to be at Castlefest 2017!

As announced CeltCast is going to be at Castlefest ! We are really looking forward to it!!! So many good music, Album releases, friends and beautiful people! We even have selected the monthly marker based on Castlefest.

In the coming month we will spend some time building up to this beautiful festival in our Community. For many, an all time favorite, Rapalje is also coming to Castlefest. To get you all in the mood for Castlefest already we are share a few pictures from Zomerfolk of the Sunday afternoon gig.

The Tannahill Weavers at Zomerfolk- Photo Album

Now that July has started we are well into the summer festival season. We have many festivals looking forward too but we are also still remembering the fantastic music we already have experienced.

One of these special moments was when the Tannahill Weavers took over the stage at Zomerfolk last week in Groningen.
This band will have its 50th anniversary next year!!! So you will understand that it was very special to have them on stage performing tunes and songs that we all know and love when they are being covered by other bands. Including giving you all the livestream to enjoy!!

With these pictures we are hoping to ensure that this memory will never be lost.

A small preview of Harmony Glen at Zomerfolk

It’s almost a week ago already that we went to Rapalje ‘s Zomerfolk festival .
Most of us are still basking in good memories, rewatching clips and trying to get some catch-up on sleep. But we are also sad that it is over.
Just to get a little bit of that awesome festival feeling back, we are sharing some pictures of one of the bands playing there.

The Dublin Legends at Zomerfolk 2017

It was a moment of legends when The Dublin Legends performed an amazing show during Zomerfolk 2017 .
Visitors, fans, crew and CeltCast team alike were all in awe of these musicians. For more than an hour they gave all to give everybody present an evening to never forget.
A special moment was created when the organizers of the festival Rapalje joined on stage to perform 3 more songs together.
